Rumānijas vēstniecība, Eiropas Komisijas pārstāvniecība un Rumānijas goda konsulāts ielūdz Jūs noskatīties mākslas filmu “GRŪBERA CEĻOJUMS” (Rumānija, 2008.g., režisors: Radu Gabrea).

Filmas izrādīšana notiks 23. janvārī plkst. 18.00 Eiropas Savienības mājā, Kamīnzālē, 2.stāvā (Aspazijas bulvārī 28, Rīgā).

Filma ieskaņota rumāņu valodā, ar subtitriem angļu valodā. Tiks nodrošināts tulkojums uz latviešu valodu.

Filma „Grūbera ceļojums” ir balstīta uz reāliem notikumiem 1941. gada 27. – 29. jūnijā Rumānijas pilsētā Iasi un ataino dramatisko itāļu rakstnieka un žurnālista Curzio Malaparte, kuru kā kara korespondentu uz Rumāniju nosūtīja vadošais Itālijas laikraksts „Corriere della Sera”, pieredzi.

Rumānija 2016. – 2017. gadā pilda priekšsēdētāja pienākumus Starptautiskajā holokausta piemiņas aliansē (The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance – IHRA).

The Embassy of Romania, the European Commission Representation and the Honorary Consulate of Romania invites you to the screening of the film GRUBER’S JOURNEY (Romania, 2008, director: Radu Gabrea).

Exhibition will take place on 23 January at 18.00 in the European Union House, Fire Hall, 2nd floor (Aspazija Blvd 28, Riga).

The movie has English subtitles and will be translated into Latvian language.

The movie is based on the events that took place during the pogrom in the Romanian city of Iasi on 27-29 June 1941 and depicts the dramatic experience of Curzio Malaparte, an Italian writer and journalist, who is sent to Romania in 1941 as a war correspondent for Italy 's leading newspaper Corriere della Sera.

The event is organized in the context of the current Romanian IHRA Chairmanship 2016-2017.
