Basic conditions for room reservation
The EU House premises may be used for organising seminars, conferences, interactive events and events related to issues within the EU competency.
Premises are available only for non-commercial events, no entrance fee is allowed.
Sending an application form to the EU House does not guarantee allocation of premises. The premises can be considered allocated only when a coordinator of the EU House sends a confirmation e-mail to the event organizer stating that the premises for the planned event have been allocated.
The application for premises is reviewed within 5 (five) working days.
The EU House reserve the right to refuse the premises for the event 3 (three) days before, if events organized by the European Commission Representation or European Parliament Liaison Office and the applicant happen to take place at the same time.
The organizer is responsible for the content of the event, for preparing the hall before the event and arranging it afterwards, for welcoming and seeing-off the public, for the event itself, and for public order during the event.
